Pavilion and Pergola Reservations

The Pavilion is available for rent from May 24, 2025 through September 28, 2025 during pool hours, except when it is reserved during Swim Meets, National Holidays, or WMSPA-sponsored parties and social events.

Rental Fee: $300 for a two-hour reservation.

Reservation and rental fee includes:

• Covered pavilion
• Both pergolas
• Seating for up to 36 attendees
• Guest passes for up to 25 non-member attendees
• Additional 30 minutes before and 30 minutes after your reservation to set up and clean-up, respectively

Payment (credit card only) is required to secure the date. A transaction processing fee of $8.85 will be applied. A refundable security deposit of $200 will also be collected at the time of payment.

Times generally available (unless otherwise unavailable due to a WMSPA event, holiday, or swim meet):

• Shoulder season:
  Weekends: 11:30am-1:30pm; 2:30pm-4:30pm; 5:30pm-7:30pm
  Weekdays: 2pm-4pm; 5pm-7pm

• Summer season
  Daily: 11:30am-1:30pm; 2:30pm-4:30pm; 5:30pm-7:30pm

• Extended season
  4:30pm-6:30pm (Saturdays)
  12:30pm-2:30pm; 3:30pm-5:30pm; 6:30pm-8:30pm (Saturdays)
  1:30pm-3:30pm; 4:30pm-6:30pm (Sundays)
