Pavilion and Pergola Reservations – Updated for 2025

Rent the Pavilion for your next party!

The Pavilion is available for our members to rent from May 24, 2025 through September 28, 2025 during pool hours, except when it is reserved during Swim Meets, National Holidays, or WMSPA-sponsored parties and social events. Note that all requests require at least 7 days notice for a rental. Last-minute reservations are not accepted.

Rental Fee: $300 for a two-hour reservation.

Reservation and rental fee includes:

  • Covered pavilion
  • Both pergolas
  • Seating for up to 36 attendees
  • Guest passes for up to 25 non-member attendees
  • Additional 30 minutes before and 30 minutes after your reservation to set up and clean-up, respectively

Secure your date today! A refundable security deposit of $100 will also be collected at the time of payment. A nonrefundable credit card processing charge of $13.31 will also be applied. 

Times generally available (unless otherwise unavailable due to a WMSPA event, holiday, or swim meet):

  • Shoulder season:
    Weekends: 11:30am-1:30pm; 2:30pm-4:30pm; 5:30pm-7:30pm
    Weekdays: 2pm-4pm; 5pm-7pm
  • Summer season
    Daily: 11:30am-1:30pm; 2:30pm-4:30pm; 5:30pm-7:30pm
  • Extended season
    4:30pm-6:30pm (Saturdays)
    12:30pm-2:30pm; 3:30pm-5:30pm; 6:30pm-8:30pm (Saturdays)
    1:30pm-3:30pm; 4:30pm-6:30pm (Sundays)

How to reserve

  1. Find a time using our live calendar, provide the requested information about your party size, and immediately lock in your date by submitting your electronic request.
  2. Your request will be held in pending status for up to 7 days.
  3. Complete the electronic facility rental contract that will be emailed to you.
  4. Once the contract is signed, you’ll receive an approval email with a link to submit payment for your reservation. The contract and payment must be completed within 7 days of date request.
  5. Send your list of non-member attendees one week before your event.
