Parent & Tot Swim
NEW FOR 2025! Starting on June 14, we are opening the pool at 10am in response to many requests from parents to have an extra morning hour of swim time at the baby pool before young children have nap-time. Parent & Tot swim is offered at no additional charge to our members.
From June 14 through July 20, only young children accompanied by adults may enter the pool between 10am and 11am. This is because Wombats and Mini-Bats practice is taking place in the lap areas of the pool, and lifeguard staffing will be limited. The pavilion, lap lanes, diving well and water slide will not be accessible. The wading pool area may be accessible if not currently in use by the Swim Team. No unaccompanied children or adults can use the pool during this time.
From July 21 through August 24, 10am swim is open to everyone. There will be no restrictions on entry and the pool will be fully-staffed with lifeguards.
The following rules will apply:
- During Wombats and Mini-bats practice the deck areas surrounding the lap lanes are reserved for coaches, team members and parents.
- Wombats and Mini-bats have priority for all areas of the main pool. On occasion, the Wombats and Mini-bats use the wading pool area (consisting of the lazy river, beach entry and steps) for stroke practice. Parents & Tots should not enter the wading pool until the Wombats and Mini-bats indicate they are no longer using that space.
- Parents of Wombats and Mini-bats should re-check in with a lifeguard at 10am if they are staying for Parent & Tot swim.
- No adults without children, and unaccompanied children of any age, may enter the premises during Parent & Tot swim while Wombats and Mini-bats practice is underway unless actively participating in practice.
